Subscription agreement
Terms for entering into a subscription agreement via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Vipps MobilePayWhen a donor supports BAMBOOS through a subscription agreement, whether as a donation or membership, BAMBOOS is authorised to charge the selected amount either once a year or once a month on the 1st.
The following payment methods can be used: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Vipps MobilePay Subscription.
Prices
Apart from the donation/membership, there are no costs associated with entering into a subscription agreement.
Receipt
The donor receives a receipt by email upon payment.
Purchase and liability
If the donor has provided their CPR number to BAMBOOS for the purpose of tax deduction under the applicable rules, BAMBOOS will report the total donated amount to SKAT. Tax deductions may be obtained for donations to projects, but not for memberships.
In addition, BAMBOOS provides no consideration in return to the donor, and the donor has no obligations as a result of the donation.
Registration of information
BAMBOOS registers the information entered in connection with the donation/membership. The information is not disclosed to third parties, but BAMBOOS stores the information for five years in connection with accounting requirements.
BAMBOOS uses log files on the donation page. The log files are used to record which choices the user makes on the page. When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted.
By entering into a subscription agreement, BAMBOOS is authorised to contact the donor by email and phone in order to renew the subscription when the payment card expires or is blocked.
If there are recurring payments from a card and you replace or renew the card, the recurring charges will stop. We therefore ask that you renew the card identification with the details of the new card by contacting us. Contact information is provided below.
Termination
If the donor wishes to stop their subscription agreement, this can be done by contacting BAMBOOS by email or phone. Provided that the request for termination is communicated no later than 7 days before the payment date, the subscription agreement will stop before the next payment.
Afterwards, the card information or other payment method information will be deleted.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for your donation/membership under a subscription agreement with a payment card.

One-off donations
Terms for payment of a 1-year membership and one-off donations via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Vipps MobilePay
The following payment methods can be used: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Vipps MobilePay.
1-year membership
Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of payment and is not renewed automatically. BAMBOOS is authorised to contact the donor by email and phone for the purpose of renewing the membership.
One-off donations to projects
One-off donations to projects go in full to the projects in Cambodia.
Prices
Apart from the price of the 1-year membership and the amount of the one-off donation, there are no additional costs associated with the payment.
