Payment Terms

Payment terms for a 1-year membership and one-time donations to BAMBOOS via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, and Vipps MobilePay:

1-year membership

Membership is valid for 1 year from the time of payment and does not renew automatically. BAMBOOS reserves the right to contact the donor via email and phone regarding membership renewal.

One-time donations 

One-time donations support our programs in Cambodia. Donors may earmark their donation for a specific purpose/project if desired.

Prices

Apart from the price of the 1-year membership and the amount of the one-time, there are no additional costs associated with the payment.

Receipt

The donor will receive a receipt via email upon payment.

Purchase and responsibility

If the donor has provided their personal identification number (CPR) to BAMBOOS for the purpose of receiving a tax deduction according to tax applicable rules, BAMBOOS will report the total donated amount to the Danish Tax Agency (SKAT). Tax deductions may be claimed for donations, but not for memberships. 

Data registration

BAMBOOS registers the information entered in connection with the membership registration and donation. This information is not shared with third parties, but BAMBOOS retains the information for five years for accounting purposes. BAMBOOS uses log files on the website. These log files are used to record user activity on the site. When paying by credit card, data is recorded via a secure server hosted by VIPPS MobilePay, where the information is encrypted.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for payment of membership or one-time donations.
