Subscription Agreement
Terms for entering into a subscription agreement via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Vipps MobilePay
When a donor supports BAMBOOS through a subscription agreement (donation or membership), the donor authorizes BAMBOOS to charge the selected amount either once a year or once a month on the 1st. The following payment methods can be used: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Vipps MobilePay Subscription.
Prices
Apart from the donation/membership itself, there are no additional costs associated withentering into a subscription agreement.
Receipt
The donor will receive a receipt by email upon payment.
Purchase and responsibility
If the donor has provided their CPR-number to BAMBOOS for the purpose of tax deduction in accordance with applicable rules, BAMBOOS will report the total donated amount to SKAT. Tax deductions can be obtained in connection with donations to projects, but not for memberships. Furthermore, BAMBOOS provides no goods or services in return to the donor, and the donor assumes no obligations as a result of the donation.
Registration of information
BAMBOOS registers the information entered in connection with the donation/membership. The information is not shared, but BAMBOOS stores it for five years for accounting purposes. BAMBOOS uses log files on the donation page. These log files are used to record the choices made by the user on the site. When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted.
By entering into a subscription agreement, the donor authorizes BAMBOOS to contact them via email and phone in order to renew the subscription when the payment card expires or is blocked.
If there are recurring payments from a card and you change/renew your card, the recurring payments will stop. Therefore, we ask you to update your card details with the new card information by contacting us. Contact details are provided below.
Termination
If the donor wishes to terminate the subscription agreement, this can be done by contacting BAMBOOS via email or phone. If the termination request is received no later than 7 days before the payment date, the subscription will stop before the next payment. Thereafter, the card or other payment details will be deleted.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for your donation/membership made through a subscription agreement using a payment card.
