Project description
The challenge
At Tropeng Kro Bao Primary School, children lack safe and adequate facilities for learning. The existing conditions limit the school’s ability to provide a proper learning environment for its students and teachers. Improved classrooms and sanitation are therefore essential foundations for stronger education.
Our solution
We are constructing a new school building with six classrooms, together with new toilet and sanitation facilities – creating a safe, durable and supportive environment for learning. The project is implemented in close collaboration with the school and local community, helping build local ownership from the beginning.
The impact
The new facilities will give children and teachers a safer and much stronger environment for teaching and learning, while improved sanitation will contribute to better conditions throughout the school day. Built for long-term use, the new school will benefit both today’s students and future generations.
Made possible by
The project is made possible through the generous support of SE Asia Foundation and Mr. Dave Richter, together with the active involvement of the school and local community. Their partnership is turning the plans for six new classrooms and improved sanitation into a lasting investment in education.
